A little about me
Anne Parsons moved to Fort Worth, Texas from Monkton, Maryland in 2010. Since then, Anne proudly calls Texas her home and takes pride in her love for Fort Worth and its unique neighborhoods and culture.
Before becoming a real estate power house, Anne began her career as a local art teacher for Fort Worth ISD. During this time, she bought a home in the Historic Fairmount Community and worked intensely on restoration. She learned the standards and guidelines in place by Fort Worth’s Historic Preservation Department along with relevant tax exemptions. In this work she became a resource for her friends and neighbors and she gladly offered her expertise in helping them maintain the aesthetics and integrity of their properties. Anne became increasingly more involved in her neighborhood and joined the Fairmount Neighborhood Association, volunteers in the Annual Historic Home Tour and has organized a neighborhood tree planting initiative. At this time Anne realized her passion for Fort Worth could be fully realized through real estate.
In 2016 she obtained her license in real estate, and true to form, proudly joined the oldest residential brokerage in Fort Worth, Helen Painter Group Realtors. Anne’s approachability and knowledge has lended itself in assisting clients in buying and selling real estate across a diverse number of neighborhoods in Fort Worth. She consistently delivers exceptional service in pricing, negotiating, and coordinating with title companies, lenders, and home inspectors. Anne’s background in the arts is revealed in marketing and staging process and clients continue to seek her out for her adaptability and keen eye.
When Anne isn’t at work she is running on the Trinity Trails, out for an evening in the Stockyards, checking out an exhibit in one of our world-renowned museums, waiting patiently for February’s Fort Worth rodeo, or she's sailing her boat, ‘Graceland’, with her husband Christopher.
