A little about me

Hello sellers and buyers! My name is Mark Montroy and I am a Realtor for Helen Painter Group Realtors. I was born in Utah while my Father served in the US Air Force. Luckily when I was 4 years old we moved down to Carswell AFB in amazing Fort Worth, and I have since called it home and love being a Texan!
I attended and graduated from Brewer High School, where I focused on my school work, participated as a football player, was a member of the golf team, enjoyed time with friends and Young Life. I attended and graduated from Texas Christian University with my BS in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business/Marketing. While in school I worked multiple jobs including many years at the Squire Shop and donated some of that time doing activities such Boo at the Zoo and Mayfest.
I can thank the owner of Helen Painter Realtors, Cathy Taylor, whom I met at the Squire Shop for inspiring me to join the real estate community. After obtaining my Real Estate License I joined Helen Painter Realtors in 2002.
During the 20 years in the Real Estate Industry my professional goal has been to meet new people, introduce them to the Fort Worth culture and escort them through the selling and/or buying process while paying attention to all the details of each transaction. During this time I would use my designing eye to offer assistance in the staging process or recommend any extra touches that would help sell the home quicker and/or add value.
Along with being Realtor with Helen Painter I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association Realtors and Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Tamra and daughter, Abigail, attending TCU games to cheer on my Frogs, watching movies, golfing, recreational shooting, and grilling or smoking up something tasty to eat!
