“Melanie Russell, our realtor who helped us find and get our dream house, did an amazing job! I don't even know where to begin with, but she went above and beyond for us. She's assertive, but not pushy. And even when it seemed at one point of the whole buying-a-house-process that we would have to settle for another house at first (because of financial-related issues), she didn't let, nor wanted us to just "settle" for that. Melanie talked to the builders of our house on our behalf to see if we could negotiate to meet in the middle, and her magic worked.
